A jury of five outstanding personalities in music is called upon to give its advice. The amount of the scholarship may be adjusted to the needs of candidates, considering their other resources and the purpose and scope of their studies..
The recipient of the check is to confirm in writing that he expects to make use of the scholarship according to the program he has submitted.

At the end of the academic year a report is to be made to the Board of Directors indicating the progress achieved as a result of the scholarship awarded. Reviews and other appropriate documents may be included.
Requests for renewal of the scholarship will be considered.
